30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition. Hygiene-sensitive pet products must be unopened and unused for change-of-mind returns.
Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only, with prior authorization. A downloadable and printable return label is provided.
Return Shipping: Free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days, subject to product eligibility and availability.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fees.
Order Cancellation: Available before dispatch only.
